# Slim produceren (Advanced Manufacturing)

## Foutloos produceren Dankzij 100% controle op productieproces Voorwaarde voor mass customization

Slim produceren is foutloos produceren. Dat kan door elke stap in het productieproces voor 100% te controleren, waarbij datameting, -opslag, -analyse en machine learning worden met elkaar gecombineerd. Dankzij foutloze producten (zero defect) worden faalkosten geminimaliseerd.

Om foutloos te kunnen produceren, is zeer nauwkeurige apparatuur nodig (micro/nano-niveau) en dienen gegevens goed te worden bijgehouden (datalogging). Wanneer dat is gerealiseerd, is de volgende stap naar mass customization mogelijk omdat instel- en aanloopverliezen kleiner worden.
